“Peaches’ Dream Closet” contains artwork that were made over the course of 2-3 years while I was conceptualising the game. Back then, some mechanics were completely different, which is why the assets aren’t a 100% fit. Over the years the game design has been optimised which means that the model for Peaches isn’t compatible with the changes anymore (you can see this when playing around with bottoms and long sleeve tops). So this is both the debut and final set for this specific Peaches assets. Though this won’t be the last appearance of this art style, I still feel strangely sentimental about saying goodbye to the drawings I made when this game was still a dream in my head.
The name “Dream Closet” goes all the way back to little Muv 20 years ago. I loved making clothes for my dolls and I swore to my cousin (who also loved dolls then) that I will make a dream closet for the dolls. I still have a lot more of my fashion dreams to share, but I consider that goal reached.
