new month - new updates

Happy October 1st! Which I don’t think is a holiday but my spirits are automatically higher than usual because it’s Spooky Season. There are no events because of the pandemic and I have no plans of dressing up in costume anyway but it’s a great excuse to watch Coraline for the thousandth time.

Since the last update, we’ve finally managed to get our Apple Dev account up and running, thank you to the apple staff which only took a few months, two payments and a lot of phone calls. We’ll try to establish testing as soon as we have the layout up and running. The main dress up and background maker modes are finally done and ready to go.

This leaves us to phase 2 of the game. It’s not fashion relevant per se, but it will add a lot of fun elements that people can play in between content releases. The image on the right is a sneak peak of the Menu layout. It’s been hard to create an atmosphere that feels like a vibrant world, while keeping the UI nice and sleek, and also functional. UI is my kryptonite.

I don’t want to give too much information to my one reader here. Just because there’s a lot of details that still need to be ironed out. before it can be permanent features. All I can say is that we feel absolutely excited to show what we’ve done!

It’s been a busy and frustrating past few weeks but I think it’s about to go a lot smoother from now on… I am hopelessly optimistic.

with luv,
